She graduated from the University of Milano-Bicocca in December 2025 with full marks and honors (110/110 cum laude). Her thesis in Commercial Law, entitled “Abuse of Voting Rights in Joint-Stock Companies: An Analysis of Italian Case Law”, examined the limits and legal implications of the exercise of voting rights by shareholders in Italian corporations.
